Schedule Change for Tuesday October 5th

There will be NO 6:30 pm class at the Boathouse October 5th due to the LBRA yearly elections taking place that evening!

If you are a member of the LBRA don’t forget to vote John Nunn for Vice President, you must be at the Boathouse that evening to vote! (LBRA members only.)

The Shox Box gets raving reviews! shox-box

If you haven’t heard yet, the Shox Box really works! This simple rowing tool relieves stress on the lower back and forces you to use your legs… if you haven’t tried it yet make sure to get one during your next class!
The new pilates tool that has members excited for their abs!


The Pilates Arcs are here! Our ab workouts will never be the same… After just one core altering workout you will be eagerly anticipating the future of your midsection. Although challenging this workout will leave you confident about the progress of your ab toning!

Reminder: If you feel like the arc is uncomfortable on your back make sure to bring a towel to offer more support so you don’t have to skip your workout!

Join Genevieve for Row N’ Core!

This fun workout will involve personalized technique on the rowing machine as well as core strengthening workouts during the program! Try it out Monday and Thursday mornings, 9:15 at the Boathouse! Or Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at the Warehouse (Tuesdays at 9:30 and Wednesdays at 6:00 am).

Join Jack for BPM Row!

BPM stands for “beats per minute” rowing! This fun workout will involve rowing to the beats per minute of the music! Everything goes in this class so come prepared to sweat and burn major calories!


Health Seminar this Tuesday the 5th!
The next health seminar will be held at the Warehouse this Tuesday at 7:30 pm. Look forward to information on the importance of nutrition in sports (this is great info for anyone who works out!). This seminar will feature extreme athlete Dave O’brien. You will learn how to fuel your body for any kind of grueling event or workout. You will also hear a brief word from Bear Grylls, host of “Man VS Wild” on the Discovery Channel.

Complimentary wine and appetizers will be served!
