What is TriWorx Triathlon Training?

TriWorx Triathlon Training is a unique triathlon preparation system developed by Ironman Jack Nunn. Jack Nunn has competed in over 100 triathlons, including 9 full Ironmans (3 in 1 month in 2016) and 5 half Ironmans. Jack has developed a complete system of triathlon preparation, including training, nutrition, and mindset coaching. Whether it's going to be your first triathlon or you're an experienced competitor, Jack's system can help.
