TriWorx Triathlon Training Crew

Jack Nunn’s 2019 Ironman, Cycling, Rowing, Running, And Triathlon Schedule

I competed in over 30 events in 2018 including 1 Full Ironman competition in Chattanooga, Tennessee and one half Ironman 70.3 in La Quinta, Ca.

Feats of Strength: Four ContinentsThis year I have qualified for the Kona Ironman World Championships in 2019 and will be gearing up for some massive races and Some Guinness Book Of World Record Titles throughout 2018. I won my 3rd LA Triathlon Series Category Award this past year in 2018. I have signed up for and finished the 2019 Ultraman in Orlando, Florida successfully and will be competing in many more events in 2019.

Roworx Fitness Indoor Rowing Classes Make Up 80% Of My Total Workouts

I was featured in Triathlete Magazine, Voyage LA Magazine, and the Long Beach Grunion Gazette newspaper over the past few months this year in 2019 for my Ultraman finish and training schedule. Central to the Roworx philosophy is our focus on teaching an efficient, safe rowing stroke. Anyone can get a workout by moving back and forth on a rowing machine. At Roworx, you will learn to use the machines the way Olympic rowers do. You will maximize your efficiency, protect your back from injury, and see results sooner. Each class, from beginner to advanced, begins with a warm-up and includes a short focus on the “drill of the month.” Anyone can do it! Our instructors will make sure that you are consistently maintaining good technique. We also offer a Foundations class for new rowers who would like some extra focus on the basics of the rowing stroke. You could call me an ‘unconventional’ triathlete – standing 6’3″ tall and weighing in at 220 pounds. I began training and racing in other sports such as: sprint triathlons, duathlon’s, cycling races, and marathons winning my age group in almost every event. In 2015, I won the overall USAT National Championship Clydesdale Olympic-Distance Title and the 39 & Under division in 2:15:20.

Since 2008, I have competed in 14 Domestic and International Full Ironman competitions in Nice, France, Florianopolis, Brazil, Cozumel, Mexico, and Cairns, Australia, Mallorca, Spain, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Sonoma Vineman, California, Kalmar, Sweden, Vichy, France, The Norseman Xtreme Triathlon Ironman Distance event in Eidfjord, Norway (“Toughest Ironman Distance Triathlon In The World“), Madison, Wisconsin, Panama City Beach, Florida, Tempe, Arizona, and Chattanooga, Tennessee. With all of my experiences, I have developed a specialized triathlon training program called Triworx.

It is a team that will be beginning this year in order to promote and inspire training and racing throughout the year. There are no long-term contracts with Triworx and you can join in at any time! Whether you want to jump-start your triathlon training with an expert consultation or hone your fitness with ongoing coaching, the best commitment you can make is to yourself. Cross-training on the rowing machine with Roworx Fitness during the year will also be a huge benefit of fitness throughout the season as it helps swimmers, cyclists, and runners stay injury free and mentally fresh. Those are the key benefits of rowing for triathletes while also trying to swim, bike, and run extreme long distances during an Ironman. The following list of races are open to anyone who wants to get started in racing this year. I will help you get inspired through the support of Roworx, Triworx, Red Ace Organics, Kramp Krushers, Honey Stinger, Rudy Project, and Juice Plus in order to help fuel your training throughout any event! So come on, don’t miss out, and join in on the fun this year!
