jack 7At my Roworx Fitness Center in Long Beach, I currently teach over 15 indoor rowing and cycling classes every week and on top of a busy schedule of operating a fitness studio I race in multiple events nearly every weekend. I also won the 2015 USA National Championships In Triathlon for the overall fastest Clydesdale 220+ division in the Olympic Distance in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have also raced in over 100 triathlon and duathlon events over the last few years. In 2017 I plan on competing in 3 more full ironman competitions including the 2nd year of the Vineman, Ironman in Napa Valley, Ca, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and one more that is TBA. I am on a mission to complete 12 Full Ironmans in order to try and gain entry through the Ironman Legacy Foundation into the Kona, Hawaii World Ironman Championships in 2018. red-instared-suitVineman Blog bike cover
